Проведено сравнение эффективности методов ИХА (иммуно-хроматографический анализ) и ИФА (иммуно-флуоресцентный анализ) для диагностики лямблиоза. Исследовано 136 образцов стула с целью определения чувствительности и специфичности тестов. В качестве референс-метода использован ФЭО. Быстрый и легкий в исполнении ИХА показал чувствительность - 100%, специфичность - 99.13%. Низкая специфичность теста ИФА Вектор-Бест – 100% и 12% - соответственно, определяет его непригодность даже для скрининговых исследований.

The effectiveness of ICT and ELISA methods for the diagnosis of giardiasis was compared. 136 stool samples were examined to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the tests. FES was used as a reference method. The quick and easy-to-perform ICT showed a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 99.13%. The low specificity of the Vector-Best ELISA test, which was 100% and 12%, respectively, makes it unsuitable even for screening studies.
