Исследовано 136 образцов стула с целью определения чувствительности и специфичности тестов. В качестве референс-метода использован ФЭО. Быстрый и легкий в исполнении ИХА показал чувствительность - 100%, специфичность - 99.13%. Низкая специфичность теста ИФА Вектор-Бест – 100% и 12% - соответственно, определяет его непригодность даже для скрининговых исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effectiveness of ICT and ELISA methods for the diagnosis of giardiasis was compared. 136 stool samples were examined to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the tests. FES was used as a reference method. The quick and easy-to-perform ICT showed a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 99.13%.
