В статье описан случай острого желудочного анизакиоза во Владивостоке у 21-летнего пациента после употребления в пищу слабосоленой кеты (Oncorhynchus keta). Паразит был идентифицирован как личинка третьей стадии Anisakis sp. на основе морфологии. Обсуждаются вопросы профилактики заражения анизакидами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Consumption of raw or inadequately processed marine or migratory fish may result in anisakidosis – a zoonotic disease caused by larvae of the parasitic nematodes of the family Anisakidae. In this study, we report the case of gastric anisakiasis in Vladivostok, in a 21-year-old male patient, after eating lightly salted chum salmon (Oncorhynchus keta). The parasite was identified as the third-stage larva of Anisakis sp. on the basis of morphology.
