Сборы комаров проводили стандартными энтомологическими методами в августе 2018 года на Кубани в Туапсе, Адлере, на территории Адлерского питомника обезьян и в г. Гагра, Абхазия. Имаго определяли по морфологическим признакам. Всего отловили 1336 комаров. Сформировали четыре пула по месту сбора от 300 до 400 экземпляров в каждом. Вирус считался обнаруженным, если в пробе комаров выявляли специфическую нуклеотидную последовательность не менее 1000 оснований. Всего выявили 8 вирусов насекомых. Четыре вируса классифицированы и относятся к семействам Rhabdoviridae, Orthomyxoviridae, Chuviridae. Семейства других четырех вирусов еще не определены, но два вируса отнесены к порядку Bunyavirales. Вирусы патогенные для человека не обнаружены.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to identify viruses contained in female Ae. albopictus mosquitoes using de novo metagenomic sequencing. Mosquitoes were collected using standard entomological methods in August 2019 in the Kuban in Tuapse, Adler, on the territory of the Adler Monkey Nursery and in the city of Gagra, Abkhazia. Adults were identified by morphological characteristics. A total of 1,336 mosquitoes were caught. We formed four pools at the collection site, with 300 to 400 specimens in each. The virus was considered detected if a specific nucleotide sequence of at least 1000 bases was detected in the mosquito sample. A total of 8 insect viruses were identified. Four viruses are classified and belong to the families Rhabdoviridae, Orthomyxoviridae, Chuviridae. The families of the other four viruses have not yet been determined, but two viruses are classified in the order Bunyavirales.
