Сергиева</copyright-holder><license xlink:href="https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/about/submissions#copyrightNotice" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/about/submissions#copyrightNotice</license-p></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/article/view/50">https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/article/view/50</self-uri><abstract><p>Для оценки влияния генетических особенностей, связанных с развитием артериальной гипертонии, на  реактивность  гепатобилиарной  системы  при  описторхозной  инвазии  проведено  исследование биохимических показателей в подгруппах больных хроническим описторхозом с наличием и отсутствием мутаций в локусах, ассоциированных с предрасположенностью к этому заболеванию.</p><p>Обнаружено, что наличие мутации в локусе rs1042713 гена ADRB2 увеличивает отклонения активности ЩФ от уровня здоровых лиц, вызываемые описторхозной инвазией, и замедляет нормализацию активности АЛТ, однако ускоряет снижение уровня холестерина после лечения. Сходные эффекты на активность ЩФ и реакцию АЛТ после лечения оказывает полиморфизм AGT rs4762. Эффект другого полиморфизма того же гена (AGT rs699) при ХО представляется скорее положительным: меньшие значения активности ГГТ и снижение в ответ на терапию активности АЛТ и уровня холестерина свидетельствуют о меньшем повреждении и более быстрой нормализации функций гепатоцитов.  При наличии мутантного аллеля AGTR1 rs5186, по-видимому, усугубляются нарушения функций печени при хроническом описторхозе (выше активность АЛТ и уровень билирубина, повышается активность ЩФ после лечения, хотя уровень билирубина на этом этапе снижается).  Наличие редкого аллеля в локусе rs1799983 гена NOS3 у больных описторхозом предотвращает повышение активности АМ, но замедляет нормализацию активности АЛТ и  ГГТ  после  лечения.  Эффекты  исследуемых  полиморфизмов  на  процесс  изменения  биохимических показателей в процессе терапии не позволяют сделать однозначных выводов, но могут свидетельствовать о преимущественно положительном эффекте на состояние гепатобилиарной системы при хроническом описторхозе мутаций в локусах AGT rs699 и  NOS3 rs1799983, и преимущественно отрицательном – в локусах ARDB2 rs1042713, AGT rs4762 и AGTR1 rs5186.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To assess the inﬂuence of genetic features associated with the development of arterial hypertension on the reactivity of the hepatobiliary system in opisthorchiasis invasion, a study of biochemical parameters was conducted in subgroups of patients with chronic opisthorchiasis with and without mutations in loci associated with a predisposition to this disease. It was found that the presence of a mutation in the rs1042713 locus of the ADRB2 gene increases deviations in ALP activity from the level of healthy individuals caused by opisthorchiasis invasion and slows down the normalization of ALT activity, but accelerates the decrease in cholesterol levels after treatment. Similar eﬀects on ALP activity and ALT reaction after treatment are exerted by the AGT rs4762 polymorphism. The eﬀect of another polymorphism of the same gene (AGT rs699) in CO seems to be rather positive: lower values of GGT activity and a decrease in ALT activity and cholesterol levels in response to therapy indicate less damage and faster normalization of hepatocyte functions. In the presence of the mutant allele of AGTR1 rs5186, liver dysfunctions in chronic opisthorchiasis are apparently aggravated (ALT activity and bilirubin levels are higher, alkaline phosphatase activity increases after treatment, although the bilirubin level decreases at this stage). The presence of a rare allele in the rs1799983 locus of the NOS3 gene in patients with opisthorchiasis prevents an increase in AM activity, but slows down the normalization of ALT and GGT activity after treatment.
