По данным результатов серологических тестов, 112 человек (13,25 ± 0,4%) из 845 имели антитела, специфичные к E. granulosus, а также были сомнительные результаты, которые и составили 2,24 ± 0,3% (19 человек). В возрастной группе 1-14 лет было достоверно больше серопозитивных лиц (8,83 ± 1,0; ДИ 6,9,3-10,7 по сравнению с 15-25- летними (10,7 ± 1,1; ДИ 8,6-12,8) (p&lt;0,05). В возрастных группах 15-25 лет и 26-35 лет достоверных различий не выявлено, а между 26-35 и 36-45-летними отмечается достоверное различие инвазированности P&lt;0,05 (16,2 ± 1,3; ДИ 13,7-18,7 и 20,8 ± 1,4; ДИ 18,06-23,54).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the results of a serological survey (ELISA) of the population of the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR) to identify the level of infection with echinococcosis.</p><p>According to the results of serological tests, 112 people (13.25 0.4%) out of 845 had antibodies specific to E. granulosus, and there were also doubtful results, which amounted to 2.24 0.3% (19 people). In the age group 1-14 years there were significantly more seropositive individuals (8.83 1.0; CI 6.9.3-10.7 compared with 15-25 years old (10.7 1.1; CI 8.6 -12.8) (p&lt;0.05).
