<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Dairy goat farming is a developing sector of agriculture in the Russian Federation. The product of the production is goat milk, which is less allergenic than cow milk, similar in nutrients to human milk. The main condition for obtaining a valuable dairy product is the health status of the mammary gland of animals. One of the common diseases of the udder is mastitis. Mastitis, clinical and subclinical, occurs due to the impact of various factors on the body of lactating animals, including helminthic invasion. The impact of helminths on the body of farm animals increases due to resistance to anthelmintics. The object of the study was a group of 20 lactating Saanen goats. The subject of the study were fecal samples and samples of mammary gland secretion. The extensiveness of S. papillosus invasion was 100 %. In milk samples before deworming, representatives of opportunistic microflora were found, exceeding the permissible amount in the secretion of the mammary gland and exhibiting various pathogenicity factors. A decrease in the incidence of subclinical mastitis was revealed with a decrease in the extent of invasion after deworming.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гельминты</kwd><kwd>условно-патогенная микрофлора</kwd><kwd>мастит</kwd><kwd>козы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>helminths</kwd><kwd>opportunistic microflora</kwd><kwd>mastitis</kwd><kwd>goats</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Zhao Y., Liu H., Zhao X., Gao Y., Zhang M., Chen D.
