Сергиева</copyright-holder><license xlink:href="https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/about/submissions#copyrightNotice" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/about/submissions#copyrightNotice</license-p></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/article/view/62">https://www.medparasitology.com/jour/article/view/62</self-uri><abstract><p>Для оценки влияния генетических особенностей обменных процессов на реактивность к описторхозной инвазии исследованы биохимические показатели функций гепатобилиарной системы у больных хроническим описторхозом с наличием и отсутствием мутантных аллелей полиморфизмов, ассоциированных с развитием сахарного диабета второго типа.</p><p>Обнаружено, что наличие мутаций в генах PPARG и TCF7L2 (rs12255372), HHEX, IGF2BP2 и SLC30A8 усиливает негативное влияние хронической описторхозной инвазии на активность альфаамилазы и показатели нарушения желчеотделения. Наличие редкого аллеля гена IGF2BP2 предотвращает повышение активности ГГТ, а наличие редкого аллеля генов CDKAL1 и SLC30A8 снижает степень повышения концентрации глюкозы при описторхозе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To assess the influence of genetic features of metabolic processes on the reactivity to opisthorchiasis invasion, biochemical parameters of the hepatobiliary system functions were studied in chronic opisthorchiasis patients with and without mutant alleles of polymorphisms associated with the type 2 diabetes mellitus. It was found that the presence of mutations in the genes PPARG and TCF7L2 (rs12255372), HHEX, IGF2BP2 and SLC30A8 enhances the opisthorchiasis negative impact on the activity of alpha-amylase and indicators of impaired bile secretion.
